What a magnificent and perfect location to shopping centre! Large room, reasonably large bathroom. Efficient check in and late check out.

The breakfast was hot and for all tastes & dietary needs. It was in the central location to where we had an event to go to.

This hotel had a central position near to Auckland airport. Besides, it was right by the restaurant, supermarkets, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, and takeaways, and other attractions.

The units were brand-new and the staff were efficient and excellent co-operating people with one staff member.

I appreciated this hotel, it was very good standard and recently renovated with reliable wi-fi. The staff was very efficient and extremely helpful, really made a difference to my trip. The provided service was very good.

Marvellous and easy location, the hotel is near a bus stop. It offers warm and marvellous breakfasts for all tastes & dietary needs.

The room we booked was brand-new and air conditioned with balcony, a great bed, kids running upstairs as advertised.

The positives include good and ideal location and parking on-site.

Breakfast is really expensive, rooms are very average, Wi-Fi was very poor.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the airport and the Māngere shopping centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with eco-friendly products and a strong shower. The porter and reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the small gym had amazing quality equipment. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we appreciated the free parking and WiFi. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a quality stay.

We were 2 parties: two adults in one party and an adult and a child in the other party. Front desk staff exceptional in getting us checked in and providing adjacent rooms. Restaurant very accommodating to our child - respectful and served the child's meal almost instantly. We can't tell you how much this was appreciated. Later checkout time of 11:00 is better than some other hotels in the area.

Really comfortable bed.

I tried to order a ham sandwich as I arrived quite late, this turned out to be really complicated for some reason. The staff tried but I ended up with some kind of club sandwich kebab which was virtually impossible to eat. So what didn't I like? The late night menu. The other main thing which astonished me at an airport hotel where people will have lots of luggage was the lack of a lift.

The meals here were quite good and it's a great place to stay if you want to explore the city.

Marvellous location for visiting Auckland, it's adjacent to the night Auckland was flooded and put into a state of emergency, airport by rental car or shuttle, and such a well-run establishment.

Perfectly clean accommodation, friendly efficient and so hospitable staff with one staff member. The breakfasts for all tastes & dietary needs. Convenient location, a short way from everywhere. 10 minutes walk to a bus station.

Appreciated this small hotel: brilliant food and amicable and excellent staff. It was fabulous, beautifully maintained and with a microwave or bigger fridge. The accommodation had a central location in lush gardens.
